Goals:
The Center’s vision is supported through three core areas
of focus, each committed to increasing the community’s awareness of the role
that diet, lifestyle, and spiritual health play in the quality of life:
·
Education
Establish a literature-, and web-based resource center
Bring speakers and educators to the community, creating an open
forum for discussion and learning
Facilitate projects and classes that support complete living
through nurturing of mind, body, and spirit
·
Food distribution and purposeful work
Establish a cooperative food project, facilitating members of the
community to produce living foods such as vegetables, fruits, and dairy products
and donating the harvest to those in need
·
Research and community awareness
